I got an email from Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) at 8.10 pm saying turn on CSPAN2 as he was launching an actual talking filibuster of Gorsuch. I used the link to sign the statement of support but I can’t access CSPAN2. I tried checking CNN and Google News and no-one seems to have picked up on it yet.
So putting this out there for people who can get CSPAN to check out.
